As the backbone to the customer service and support team, you will help us continue to develop the culture to ensure patients get the best experience possible, as well as supporting the continued growth of business.
This role includes being able to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, whilst offering a blend of seeing the potential in individuals and coaching them to take ownership and be accountable for existing and new roles.
Do you know your WIG from your whirlwind? As well as being a well as being a bit of a numbers nerd who is confident with Cubiko and Xero, you would need to be able to edit the back end of our Automed appointment system.
Every day is different in General Practice, and we can offer you a new challenge every day! GPs provide solutions for patients, and we need practice manager who enjoys adapting quickly.
Previous excellence in customer service is expected but may not be limited to medical reception work. This role would not suit someone who is only just starting their management journey.

• self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• prioritise and workout solutions on the go.
The role requires a part-time presence spread across most days of the week (approximately 46 hours / fortnight)
For those who like to exercise before work we have a shower onsite.
