During the current Coronavirus outbreak, it may be helpful to measure your BP at home.
In usual times, it may be helpful to check Home BP each morning and evening:
- for the seven-day period before a clinic visit (or planned telephone consultation)
- approximately four weeks after a change in medication.
Just now doing it a couple of times week would be reasonable.
Writing it down is useful so you can send it to your GP, or bring it to any appointment.
