After 40 years in medical practice and over 36 years of serving the Mount Gravatt community Dr Annette Kortlucke has retired.

Dr Annette Kortlucke’s retirement was unplanned at this time and she regrets she was not able to say goodbye to her patients personally. Unfortunately, she had personal issues which demanded her immediate attention.

Dr Kortlucke says it has been a pleasure and a privilege to have been entrusted with her patients’ care and she wishes them and their families all the very best in the future.

Rest assured that the Reydon Street Medical Centre team will continue the tradition of building long-lasting, trusted relationships with patients (old and new), and do their utmost to care for patients’ ongoing needs. The doctors at Reydon Street will continue to have full access to patient records to ensure continuity of care.
