FebFast is coming in February!

FebFast is a charity initiative that sees thousands of people across Australia give up alcohol or sugar for February to raise vital funds for young people experiencing serious disadvantage. The funds raised help young people access the resources and support they require to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

The challenge of FebFast is to pause for a cause and give up alcohol, sugar, or another vice of your choice for February.

Not a big drinker though? Or don’t have a sweet tooth? There are many different vices you can call a time-out on this FebFast including caffeine or junk food. Check out FebFast’s ‘Your Choice’ page to see what other vices you can give up for February.

FebFast is a great opportunity to kick-start the new year by breaking an old habit or starting a new one. Past FebFasters have reported the following benefits of feeling healthier, improved sleep, more productive, saving money, increased energy, and improved concentration.

A month without sugar or alcohol or another vice can sound daunting, but it would not be a challenge otherwise! FebFast gives you all the tools and resources you need to keep on track throughout the moth as a registered FebFaster.
