1. Stay Active

2. Eat a heart-healthy diet
It’s easy to snack when working from home or in the afternoons. However, to maximise heart health, it’s important to eat a healthy diet and enjoy a variety of nutritious foods. Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and healthy fats will help keep your heart healthy. Also limit processed food which is usually high in both sugar and salt. 3. Keep your distance and wash your hands
To keep yourself and those around you safe, maintain 1.5m distance from other people and regularly wash your hands. Always squeeze and cough into your elbow or a tissue and try to avoid touching your face.
